I know everyone’s still exhausted from SOPA/PIPA but this is important!
CISPA is an act that if passed, will essentially allow the government, military, private companies, or even your internet service provider to collect private information from anyone with an IP address without warrant.
It hasn’t gained much attention as SOPA or PIPA because big internet companies like google, wikipedia, or tumblr dont feel threatened by it.
This is about personal privacy and protecting the fourth amendment
